During Your Reservation

CAR LOCATION

Your car will be waiting for you at the Aladdin Airport Parking Lot at 2548 Kettner Blvd. San Diego, CA 92101.

GETTING TO THE CAR/FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE

After you’ve arrived at the airport, call (619) 696-7275, and the shuttle driver will coordinate picking you up. You will proceed to the “Courtesy Vehicle Pickup Area” at either terminal.

Your car is equipped with a lockbox containing the keys, conveniently attached to the car’s window for easy retrieval.

If you get into a car accident during your reservation, immediately pull over and get the insurance information, driver’s license number, and phone number of the other driver.

If there is an injury or the car is severely damaged, call 911.

Next, give us a call or text letting us know that the car has been in an accident and text us pictures of the damage.

If the car is not driveable, contact our 24/7 roadside assistance by calling +1 (855)-866-3161 and tell them to tow the car to our location at 2801 Tidelands Avenue, National City, CA 91950. 

If the car is severely damaged, we will do our best to provide you with a replacement vehicle for the duration of your reservation.

If we find that the car has been damaged upon its return, we will first ask you if you would like to go through insurance or pay directly.

If you do not tell us your preference, we will bill your credit card on file for the cost of repairs.

If you drive on a toll road during your reservation, the cost will automatically be charged to the card you have on file at the end of your trip.

If you use a supercharger during your reservation, the cost will automatically be charged to the credit card you have on file at the end of your trip.

To change your reservation, contact us at +1 (619) 548 – 6866 or [email protected] with your new order details.

We will change your order to your new specifications and an invoice will be sent you to pay for any additional days. Once you have paid for the additional days, your changes will be confirmed.

If you decide to shorten your trip, we will refund the days you are no longer renting the car for.

After Your Reservation

After your trip has ended, drop the car off at the drop-off address on your reservation.

If the car is equipped with keyless entry, give us a call or text letting us know you have returned the car and we will remotely lock the car.

If the car is equipped with a lockbox, roll down the car window, put the lockbox on the window, roll the car window up, lock the car, put the keys in the lockbox, and close the lockbox. Finally, call us or send us a text letting us know you have returned the car.

If your drop-off location is the San Diego Airport, you will drop the car off at the Short-Term Parking Lot located across the street from baggage claim.

Once you have parked the car, call or text us the parking spot number, section, and level (ex: Spot 1343, Section L, Level 3).

If you return the car and it does not have a full tank of gas or full charge, we will charge your credit card on file for the cost of fuel/charge plus an added $10 convenience fee.

If you purchase Prepaid Refuel or Prepaid Recharge, then you do not have to return the vehicle with a full tank or charge.

If you return the car late, your credit card on file will be charged an additional $50 per hour that you are late.
