You’ll need a valid driver’s license and a credit card in your name. International renters should also have their passport and, if necessary, an international driving permit.
If we find that the car has been damaged upon its return, we will first ask you if you would like to go through insurance or pay directly.
If you do not tell us your preference, we will bill your credit card on file for the cost of repairs.
If you return the car and it does not have a full tank of gas or full charge, we will charge your credit card on file for the cost of fuel/charge plus an added $10 convenience fee.
If you purchase Prepaid Refuel or Prepaid Recharge, then you do not have to return the vehicle with a full tank or charge.
